Q: I have a 41 inch Viking gas grill that has very low pressure and sometimes used, even light. I spent 3 hours cleaning each hole on the balls so it's not the problem.
A: Natural gas includes gas piped from a utility company and the pressure is set at the meter where it enters your home. If it is propane, then yes, it is probably the regulator. Replacement is easy, unless the installer to bury him in something.

Where can I go to find prices on used equipment like this. I am thinking it is around $5000.
It depends - I own a Viking range (indoor) Viking doesn't make a charcoal grill, but they make very nice gas ones. I prefer charcoal so I would never buy one as much as I love my range.
