Q: I want to get my dad an indoor grill

(Since the function of fat-free oil and cutting)
but its wayyyy too big and I'm not sure if its done right or anything.
A: The "Griddler is a great grill indoors. I highly recommend the highest model they offer, the GR-4. It has removable grill plates and can be used as a griddle open grill, sandwich press, almost everything you can imagine for an indoor grill.

I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to meat but was wondering what type of steak I should use for indoor grilling? I am looking for a lowfat cut. Also I will probably season with Montreal steak rub. How many ounces should it be etc? Thanks so much.
