What can I use in place of the drip tray for George Foreman grill?
Q: I'm buying a George Foreman grill off auction, but it does not come with a recovery tank. Can you help me understand what I can use instead of it?

A: make a tray of foil heavy, roll and fold the sides. Also check places like Value Village, sometimes you find a strange parts and pieces there.

When using the George Foreman Grill, is it bad to pour the excess fat from the drip tray down the sink?
yes... it hardens, then things happen with your grease trap and you'll have problems later. soak it up with a paper towel and throw it out.
