I have a propane camp grill that uses 16 oz propane gas. Any way of using an adapter to hook up a large tanK?
Yes you can. They make a pipe that connects to your grill and also a 20 # or larger aquarium. I did the same thing with a grill, but also used my lamp on the occasion. Check a good hardware store. Hope this helps.

What parts do I need to connect my propane grill to natural gas?
Is their an adapter that would go on the hose that hooks up to the propane tank, so I can connect it to a natural gas line? Can I use a quick disconnect like on an air hose?
You need to contact the manufacturer for a certified conversion kit. The most important thing in that conversion kit is a new rating plate. This is the manufacturer's endorsement that it is OK to use that appliance with the alternate fuel.
