i have an electric oven with a grill when using the grill should i keep the door open or closed?

Can I buy a cooker with INDUCTION HOB and GAS OVEN ?
I would like to buy a cooker ( not a range - just a single width cooker)
That has an induction Hob, Gas oven and separate grill
Does any one know of a manufacturers that doe this please?
i have never come across one like that. If you have gas as an option, then use that on the hob. it is by far the best method of cooking. Also, gas ovens are rubbish, electric fan is much better.
