Is it normal for the regulator on a gas grill to make a hissing noise?
The sound is like it comes from the regulator on the side of the grill hook up. I just had the tank filled yesterday, and it worked without any right of noise before. It gets stronger the higher I turn the gas on the grill. Is it normal?
This is normal never heard of natural gas do. Propane comes to you in liquid form, then when you extract the tank (turn on the grill), the liquid turns into gas. then passes through the regulator.

Why is the regulator on my gas grill freezing up?
I had the tank refilled. (not exchanged) Why would the regulator freeze up and shut off the gas supply to the burners....Did the tank get over filled ?
open your valve a quarter of a turn and then light your burners. once lit, leave them on high and slowly open the valve all the way. that should resolve the problem
