Gas grill burners. What are the best type of burners to look for in a gas BBQ grill? Ceramic, stainless, etc.?

How to clean burners of a gas grill so flame burns evenly/consistently?
Three burner Natural gas (not propane) and right burner not burning entirely. Believe the orifices may be clogged and/or carboned up?
Might be that it may not be the burner if that side has it's own shut off it might be the venturi where the gas goes through to the burner may be clogged.
Check that. Spiders like to get in there sometimes.

Natural Gas Grill Burner Help?
I finally was able to purchase a new H burner online for my old Roper natural gas grill. It fits perfectly but I am noticing something that never happened before. I get a nice blue flame but after 5 minutes the tips of the burner begin to glow orange.
so what? I don't get the problem.. hot metal glows.
