Someone in the street threw a gas barbecue, and I decided to take it as it is in good condition. However, I already have two gas grills, so I was wondering if I could use charcoal inside.
When preparing the ribs for grilling, make sure you remove the membrane on the underside of the ribs with a sharp knife. If you just have to pre-cook your ribs before slapping them on the cooking grate, try steaming your slabs instead as this will help lock the flavor in. Don’t even think about boiling those ribs....
If so, is there a special kind or charcoal?
