Should I be using these vintage electrical appliances in my home or not?
Q: Is it safe for me to use vintage years 50/60 as in electrical appliances that I have been collecting? My new condo is built in system design mid century. I do not buy anything with frayed cords or anything that looks burned or rusted to the eye, etc.

By your careful check for no frayed cords, and unplugging them after use, your safe.
They do not have safety features that newer design appliances do, when you unplug them after use this will help stop problems.
