what is the best smoker grill electric or GAS?

A: I like the use of gas, because you can also use a smoker gas grill and you get the grilled flavor on the outside. While you might be able to use an electric smoker grill, it will not taste the same outside.

can you add charcoal to an electric grill, for flavor?
it's a smoker/grill
If you've got a smoker/grill, you'd need to add wood chips like cherry wood or hickory to add flavor. Adding charcoal will not do anything in terms of flavor in your electric grill.
