where to put lava rocks and smoker box inside a gasgrill??
Q: I never use a Gasgrill Before, I just bought a Char-Broil 4 burner, model: 463268007 hook using natural gas at home. It seems I can get more temp is only 250 with all the buttons in the top set 4 for 15 min.

Rusty Grill Grates Clean Yet?
I have a Char-Broil Gas Grill which I love. I live in South Florida where everything rusts with the salt air. My grill grates had food left on them for a year (oops) and they became very rusty. I scraped off the major stuff...then used baking soda
After wire brushing to get iron oxide off . You need to put crisco (lard) on them and season for hour at 300~350 degrees. Same as grand ma would do to Iron skillets. Hope this helps
