i recieved a gas smoker for a gift..?
today is the first time I tryed to smoke anything. I bought the coasts of the shop. Instead of using wood chips, or pieces, I used mesquite flavored wood pellets made by Char-Broil. They smoked for about ten minutes. Is this normal?
I have an electric smoker and also add bullets. They should last longer than 10 minutes but not every time you cook.
