Q: I have a Char-Broil h2o Smoker that my neighbor gave me and I'm not sure how it works. Its not the electrical if it helps! Any advice or comments are greatly appreciated!

I have a Char-broil electric grill. I want to use wood chips or whatnot to smoke my food but I'm not sure what I can do? I thought about maybe a metal container with some water and a wood chip in it...but not sure...any ideas?

Well you can, but you need to keep your soaked wood in open foil, but keep an eye for it.

Oil is the best. Those horror stories come from people who didn't follow the safety directions. The fryer will explode if the turkey's not thawed, but as long as you thaw the turkey, there will be no explosion. Like magic, right? Anyways, use this recipe
