Cooking techniques and recipies for my new grill?
Q: I got a new Char-Broil Deluxe-8000 gas grill / oven. This unit is "powered" by LPG. A: A sliced green pepper, red pepper and vidalia onion into thin strips. Mix the slices in a large bowl with two tablespoons of olive oil and some seasoned salt. I usually use a spicy seasoned salt.
