Q: I try to eat healthier and I see a bunch of recipes for a barbecue, but what about the George Foreman grill? Can I still use paper on it or will it be counterproductive if they are not on the grill?

im cooking hamburgers on the george foreman grill, i want to coat them with bbq sauce when do I do it?
if i put it on before i even start cooking the meat will it just burn or should i do it half way through, or when im done?
Sear the meat first and then do the sauce before they're almost done. Too early and the sauce will burn. Real BBQ you actually add the sauce after cooking. But waiting until the very end will warm it up and make it stick.

thats not true. i've had mine for 6 years and its still just fine and i use sauce on it. using a non stick spray will really mess it up because of the propellant . if you don't clean it properly you can also mess it up and make it stick. if you have
